Marina House is predominately a long-term rental apartment block.  However, it is possible to book a vacant room "by the week" on a serviced apartment basis.  Marina House is a small community of Expats living in a uniquely Thai location, by the river.  Our Soi is unique in that most the buildings are wooden and built over the water in a quiet, green, Soi.  The local Thai community is friendly and well-adjusted towards Western visitors as we are now a part of their daily lives so you will be able to witness daily Thai life progressing around you without the usual "tourist-based" interruptions.
 

Your friendly Western house managers can help you understand more of the local community and can show you around some uniquely "local" Thai culture upon request.  Marina House "by the week" serviced apartments offer the visitor to Bangkok a unique insight into Thai life that can not be found ANYWHERE else in Bangkok.  This is the REAL Bangkok, a world away from the Khao San Road (but only 15 minutes by bus....if you need it  ).
